Become a well-rounded performer and learn how to “lip sync,” sing,* dance and act in dramatic roles with the Move with Grace “Triple Threat” program. Triple Threat engages young performers and challenges them to innovate and improvise,
develop sensitivity to staging, and hone their skills as actors, dancers and singers. In performances—and in their day-to-day lives—students will achieve the confidence to be a “triple threat” in everything they do.
- Train in multiple dance styles and genres from
Vaudeville classics to well-known Broadway
productions and on to cutting edge
- Triple Threat participants learn the important
foundational elements from which to build
their understanding and repertoire
- The program may include instructional games
to learn songs, stimulate dramatic awareness
and facility as well as improvisation skills
- Participate in a fun annual recital.
The Triple Threat program complements drama classes, vocal lessons, and other performance-based activities your child may be involved in.
Our “Triple Threat” Musical Theatre program is a dynamic combination of dance, theatre craft and acting to tell the story of the music. Students will depending on their strengths, start by mimicking the singing or voice in the piece while dancing and acting in a meaningful way. Advanced students may perform live singing in the repetoire.
