We guarantee that in the first four weeks we will find the right class for your dancer. If we can’t, you will only be responsible for the first month of classes.
Nobody wants to be forced…and children sometimes want to do something else other than dance class…this happens. We do use some amazing engagement tools to get kids involved in the class, and sometimes we need to be “in the pool to learn how to swim.” This is where communications and a team approach to student success is important. Some strategies to be “mentally ready” for class are to establish a ready to learn protocol.
Before entering the studio for dance, we can prepare our dancer by making sure bathroom requirements are met before class. Use of electronic entertainment is often hard for a child to suddenly discontinue if they are engaged in a paw patrol game etc. Older dancers who are self directing are asked not to have their phones out in the classroom.
We want to be ready to see our friends and focus, so snacks being all done, uniform on and ready to line up are all good life skills to be exercised so we are ready! Good parenting and happy ready kids all rolled into one, you guys are awesome!
Now for some younger students, occasionally coming directly from daycare or JK can mean we are tired. A shift in class schedule often corrects this problem, as we have several schedule solutions. In most cases climatization to the classroom happens naturally and sometimes it is an age related phase if there is resistance. At the end of the day, talk to us if there seems to be a problem, we’ve been doing this successfully for many years and have taught over 6000 kids in our Cambridge dance studio.

Our recreational program tuition includes weekly classes and the June recital costume for full-term students. This structure simplifies budgeting by consolidating key expenses into a single payment.
We understand that occasional absences happen. Students are welcome to make up a missed class by attending another class of the same age level. Please approach the front desk to schedule a make-up session within two weeks of the missed class.
Make-up classes have no cash value and cannot be banked or accumulated.
We assess students based on age and experience to ensure proper placement. Our team is dedicated to finding the right fit for each dancer and will work with you to determine the most suitable class. We also offer free trial classes and short-commitment sessions throughout the year to help you find the perfect fit for your family.
Each dance style has a recommended dress code to ensure comfort and safety. A full description of the required attire can be found at the front desk in our parent handbook.
We want our students to learn in the best possible environment, and we want you to see their progress! We have a closed-circuit monitoring system, which allows you to watch your child’s class on a monitor in the lobby.

We start dancers at the age of 2. Our Kiddazzle class provides a fun and engaging introduction to movement and music, building confidence, coordination, and a love for dance in a nurturing environment.
We prefer that all students are out of diapers. We understand that preschoolers and children with special needs may be prone to accidents, so we recommend pull-ups if needed. All students should visit the restroom before class.
No! However, stage opportunities are an important part of dance. We offer a Winter Recital and a June Show, both featuring a fun Finale, so kids are consistently learning how to put steps together to create dances while building confidence in performance skills.
We recommend that parents of new students under age 8 stay nearby for the first few weeks. After that, parents are welcome to run errands during class but should return promptly for pick-up.
We ask that students arrive on time. If a dancer is more than 10 minutes late, they may be asked to sit and observe to prevent injury, as warm-ups are crucial. If lateness is unavoidable, we encourage students to still attend and observe the class.
