Move With Grace offers a competitive level program starting at 5 hours per week. Suitable for students 4-19 years of age.
Our program is designed to fit your family’s lifestyle while still providing exciting opportunities to perform, grow, and be part of a dedicated team.

Our primary location is our dance studio in Cambridge Ontario in the Region of Waterloo. We are centrally located one block off of HWY 24 Hespeler Rd near the Corner of Bishop and adjacent to the Cambridge Centre Mall. We are a 7 minute drive from Kitchener, a 4 minute drive from Hespeler, a 5 minute drive from North Galt and a 9 minute drive from South Galt.

Each level is designed to match your dancer’s age, interest, and time availability:
Pre-Competitive (Ages 4+) is ideal for younger dancers or families new to competition. It’s a low-commitment introduction to performing.
Part-Time Competitive offers more consistent training and performance opportunities while keeping schedules flexible.
Full-Time Competitive is for dedicated dancers looking for a more immersive experience, including exams and national competitions.
Time commitment depends on the program level:
Pre-Competitive: A few hours per week, with select performance opportunities.
Part-Time Competitive: Moderate weekly commitment with regular classes and local competitions.
Full-Time Competitive: Higher weekly hours including technique, choreography, and optional exam prep.
Absolutely! We offer a flexible, family-first approach. Our team will work with you to find the level that fits your dancer’s needs and lifestyle—even if that changes over time.
Yes! All dancers in our Competitive Program perform in recitals and often take part in local showcases and events—on top of their competition schedule. It’s a well-rounded experience that builds confidence on and off stage.
