Our Dance studio in Cambridge has the premier dance program in Waterloo Region – “Shining Stars.” This program stream is for recreational dance classes between 1 and 8 classes per week.
Shining Stars is our non-competitive, performance-based dance program for ages 5-18! Whether your child is dancing for the first time or loves to perform just for fun, our recreational program is designed to build confidence, creativity, and friendships—all while preparing for our exciting recitals and events.
Nothing beats seeing you dancer feeling success and accomplishment leading to pride. These are the lessons that make great valedictorians, professionals & achievers – not just good dancers.

We always know that only 1-2% of kids will ever do anything professionally with dance so our instructors who teach our “Elite level” Excel Competitive team, also teach our recreational kids dance classes.

Our primary location is our dance studio in Cambridge Ontario in the Region of Waterloo. We are centrally located one block off of HWY 24 Hespeler Rd near the Corner of Bishop and adjacent to the Cambridge Centre Mall. We are a 7 minute drive from Kitchener, a 4 minute drive from Hespeler, a 5 minute drive from North Galt and a 9 minute drive from South Galt.

Our dance classes in Cambridge in “Shining Star” are specifically for students age 5 years and above. We offer a Kiddazzle “First Steps” Toddler dance program for 3 year old’s & The Tot Combo “Preschool dance classes” for 4-5 year old’s as well but they are separate specialty programs.

“Shining Stars” intensity level within our dance school – (a bit like Junior High vs. High School.) Within “Shining Stars” kids dance classes, a student can study the styles of disciplines of dance like Ballet, Tap & Jazz etc. So a ‘Shining Stars” recreational dancer may study a ballet class on Tuesday and a Tap class on Thursday weekly in an age appropriate class of “Mini’s” 5-7 year old’s or “Juniors” 8-20 year old’s or “Intermediates” 11-13 year old’s etc. depending on their age.

All of our pricing is available in the secure “Parent portal” section of our site. Our pricing structure is based on total classes weekly within a family. The pricing represented in the secure section of our site is a monthly amount plus applicable tax.
